After comparing the surveys in 12 cities for which Otodom has prepared the 2020 District Ranking, it turns out that Lublin is the safest city in Poland!

Otodom is one of the leading real estate portals and its annual rank provides insights into trends amongst Polish cities. It also gives great comparison tools for various life aspects. Lublin, with its total score of 3.92 wins the first position by a nose with Bialystok and Gdansk (3.91 each). The rank gives the lowest position to Szczecin with a total score of 3.85.

With a 10 months contract that includes all the media and quite often cleaning services, it is one of the popular types of student accommodation in Lublin. The prices vary from the locations and start from PLN 350 up to PLN 2000 per month.

Lublin’s safest districts are Slawin, Szerokie and Abramowice, they are ranked the highest in the Otodom survey, however these are districts with private homes and villas mostly. The safest apartment blocks districts are: Czuby, Czechów and Wieniawa. Bronowice were ranked the lowest in the survey.
